To replace the Islamic Republic’s religious dictatorship constitution with a new democratic constitution in Iran, Iranians must strengthen their national solidarity around universal values, regardless of political and ideological convictions, gender, ethnicity, or descent.
Hamava believes that expanding the national dialogue to focus on national reconciliation, as well as joining the forces involved in the country’s current power and military power to the liberation movement of the Iranian nation, can facilitate the nonviolent transition from the Islamic regime system to a democratic system.
Post-Islamic Iran must be administered according to the principles of the rule of law and human rights. No citizen should be detained or imprisoned for political or ideological reasons. State executions and death sentences should be entirely abolished.
In response to the women, dissidents, plaintiffs, and all Iranians from all over the country who have been subjected to violence and crimes by the Velayat Faqih system for decades, Hamava says that the only way for us, the people of Iran, is to return to the great culture and philosophy of Great Iran, which is “Kindness and Goodness.”
Because retaliation for blood with blood broadens the scope of violence and undermines citizens’ security more than ever, those who have contributed to the crime against the Iranian people will be held accountable to the Iranian people in the independent civil justice system through fact-finding committees, and they will be dealt with fairly in accordance with civil laws.
The modern history of our century bears witness to the fact that those countries that achieved democracy, development, and prosperity from the darkness of dictatorship, corruption, and misery and experienced a nonviolent transition to democracy did so through the expansion of “national dialogue” and reconciliation at the negotiating table. This goal has become a reality with the engagement of political and military figures in the national solidarity movements of nations such as Poland, South Africa, Chile, Ethiopia, and South Korea.
By broadening the national dialogue, we can maintain Iran’s territorial integrity and prevent an outbreak of sparks for another violent revolution or a disastrous military intervention. Now that the past is behind us, let’s look forward to a bright future in which we can establish a democratic government by and for the people.
There is just one way for us Iranians: reconciliation, friendship, and national peace. It is up to us to reclaim our unified Iran and return to the global village through diplomacy, goodwill, and interaction with the free world in order to promote peace and stability.
